You agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. • Not attempt to access accounts, data, or areas not authorised for you. • Not upload, post, or transmit material that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or offensive to religious or national values. • Not impersonate any person, staff member, or entity. • Respect intellectual property rights.

The Ask PEA assistant provides general educational information and answers about the school. It is NOT a substitute for a qualified teacher, doctor, or official school advice. For official admissions, fees, medical, or disciplinary matters, always contact PEA directly. AI responses may contain inaccuracies — verify important information with school staff.

Submissions to the PEA Gazette, Book Club reviews, or other features may be edited for language, clarity, and appropriateness before publication. Published student work remains the student's intellectual property, but PEA retains a non-exclusive license to display it on our platforms.

PEA may suspend or terminate platform access at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms. Students, parents, and staff remain subject to the school's separate Parent-School Contract (Mithaq) and Staff Code of Conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
